Imua Services is meeting that need with its hallmark program that has just re-launched, Invention Idea to Profitable Product, which gets startups from idea to fundable business and the perfect pitch in 100 days in addition to introductions to investors and development partners.  The focus is on building a lean startup around an idea for a medtech, biotech, or medical device product as well as how to go about raising money once the idea has been validated.  The program went through beta testing, a soft launch earlier this year, and has been improved based on user feedback and input from colleagues.  New features include a longer program with more content, streamlined delivery process, and lower price point.

In this program, Imua Services Founder, Meghan Alonso incorporates all her years of experience in the healthcare industry – everything from working with patients, billing, reimbursement, purchasing medical equipment, operating medical equipment, and guiding over 100 companies through product development to get their technology from idea and market research through clinical trials and into manufacturing.

Meghan shares, “There’s been a rise in VC funding for startups in 2017 and that’s expected to continue in 2018. There’s a temptation for startups to run full steam ahead and spend lots of money without spending time validating their ideas, which is bad for them and investors. We help them de-risk their idea, communicate value to investors, and build their business on a solid foundation.”

Imua Services is on a mission to equip, lead, and inspire 1 million startups and entrepreneurs to solve medical problems with new innovation by the year 2020.  For more information on Invention Idea to Profitable Product (including a video) or Imua Services, visit
